Beyond the Big Three: Lesser Known but Equally Deadly Infectious Diseases and How They Affect Us Thursday, February 25 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Seattle Biomedical Research Institute

Now is the time to learn the basics of global health or fill in gaps in your knowledge! Visit our Institute where you can interact with expert scientists in round table discussions:
*       Foodborne and waterborne diseases and how they affect us
*       Leishmaniasis and its effects on military and travelers
*       Fungi, yeasts and molds and the expensive costs to treat diseases they cause
A reception begins with light snacks at 5:30 p.m., followed by the program at 6 p.m. Lab tours are also provided.
